The Windham Concert Band

The Windham Concert Band has a long tradition of providing quality music for summer concerts throughout Eastern Connecticut and nearby Massachusetts.  The Windham Concert Band rehearses at E. O. Smith High School in Storrs Ct on Tuesdays from 7-9 pm. The season begins in mid-May and runs through early August. The 80+ band members range in age15 to 85 years We are always open to new members with the  appropriate performance skills.

Music is selected to both challenge the musicians and entertain the public. Programs are for designed the whole family and include a variety of traditional band music including marches, overtures, musical theater selections, and other standard repertoire.  Concerts often feature soloists, highlighting our talented membership.
